When a piece of Void armor is worn, getting hit by a damage type considered melee has a 2.5% chance to inflict the attacker with Slowness XXI for 1.5 seconds. Wearing more pieces of Void armor will increase the chance to inflict mobs, to increments of a 5%/7.5%/10% chance to activate- depending on how many pieces are worn.
Wearing a full set of Void armor will further increase the chance to inflict mobs by 10%, making the total a 20% chance.
