Trilliad Leaves can be eaten by the player as food. They can be consumed even with a full hunger bar. When eaten, they inflict Blindness, Slowness, Regeneration, Poison, and Jump Boost. Any instances of Nausea are also removed from the player.
Note that at this strength, Jump Boost 129 prevents the player from jumping entirely.
