Spawning[edit | edit source]
Toxic Lottomen do not spawn naturally, and instead must be freed from Vox Crates by breaking them. A single Vox Crate can be found in each Vox Lotto Outpost, which generate in Vox Ponds.
Behavior[edit | edit source]
Toxic Lottomen never move far from their structures, and can usually be found standing in one.
Like most other structure-related NPCs, Toxic Lottomen will not despawn naturally unless they are outside of their natural dimension.
Trades[edit | edit source]
Like other trading NPCs, Toxic Lottomen spawn with a random selection of available trades. More trades can be unlocked by completing all currently available trades.
When a new trade is unlocked, progress on all previous trades is reset, and the process must be repeated to unlock the next trade.
This continues until all available trades are unlocked.

Bestiary Entry[edit | edit source]
|“||The Toxic Lottoman can be found within the Vox Ponds. He seems to have adopted the same hiding strategy that the storekeepers use, as they are usually found hiding within vox crates inside destroyed storefronts.
Unlike the storekeepers however, the Toxic Lottoman is not interested in discussion or banter, and is singularly interested in selling his wares.
