Spirit is a resource primarily used as ammunition for certain weapons.

Overview[ | ]

Spirit has a max cap of 200. It regenerates at a base rate of 0.04 Spirit per tick- or 0.8 Spirit per second. The rate of Spirit regeneration will increase depending on how much HP the player is currently missing, further increasing at lower HP values. The increased regeneration will max out at 3.5x of the base value: 0.14 Spirit per tick- or 2.8 Spirit per second.

Manual regeneration[ | ]

Dealing damage to mobs will restore Spirit on hit. The only exception to this are damage types with the aoa3:no_spirit_regen tag. These include:

I.E. mainly Blasters, Staves, Vulcanes, and explosives from player weapons are incapable of restoring Spirit.

The amount of Spirit restored per hit is Amount of damage dealt x 0.4. E.G. Dealing 10 (♥×5) damage will restore 4 Spirit.

The amount of Spirit restored per hit is also increased depending on how much HP the player is currently missing, further increasing at lower HP values. The Spirit restored per hit will max out at 3.5x of the base value: Amount of damage dealt x 1.4. E.G. Dealing 10 (♥×5) damage will restore 14 Spirit.

The items capable of restoring additional Spirit include: Elecanyte Armor, Embrodium Armor, Eye Candy, and Scythes.

Mob draining[ | ]

Anemia, Lelyetian Caster, Lost Soul, and Soulvyre will drain various amounts of Spirit from the player upon attacking them.

Usage[ | ]

Weapons[ | ]

All Blasters use Spirit as ammunition. If the player does not have enough Spirit, the Blaster cannot be used.

Additionally, Electron Maul and Soulfire Bow can consume Spirit for their abilities.

Blocks[ | ]

The process of summoning Kror at a Kror Altar with a Charging Table on top additionally requires 200 Spirit.

Tools[ | ]

Energistic Axe, Energistic Pickaxe, and Energistic Shovel can have Spirit manually stored into them, which is used to increase efficiency when the tools are used.

Abilities[ | ]

The Innervation Mob Lure ability consumes Spirit.
