Shotguns are ranged weapons that consume Spreadshots. Shotguns fire a burst of inaccurate projectiles, making them most effective at close-ranged combat. The bullets fired by Shotguns will also despawn after traveling 16 blocks, along with having higher knockback compared to other bullet damage weapons. When firing a shotgun, the impact from the recoil will cause the player to look up slightly.

Bolded enchantments are ones added by Advent of Ascension. Any Shotguns can be enchanted at an Enchantment Table, Anvil, or Infusion Table.
