Within Advent of Ascension, Sapphire is the rarest and highest-quality material found in the Overworld.
Obtaining
Mining
1 Sapphire drops when harvesting an Sapphire Ore block. The amount dropped can be increased with the Fortune enchantment.
Smelting
Sapphires can be obtained by smelting Sapphire Ore in a furnace, granting 3 vanilla Minecraft experience. As this prevents Fortune from boosting drops, it is not recommended.
