While in Mysterium, Using an Active Rune Stone on a Vox Light- while a Blank Realmstone and Runic Energy are on top of the Vox Light as dropped items, will convert it into a Runandor Realmstone. The Active Rune Stone and Runic Energy are consumed in this process.

Using a Runandor Realmstone on a Carved Rune of Power at a Portal will create a portal to Runandor within the frame.

- The Runandor Realmstone is an optional method of accessing Runandor, as the Runic Portal Hollow acts as another access method.
- The Runandor Realmstone requires access to Runandor to obtain it in the first place, due to Runic Energy only being found there. This makes finding the Runic Portal Hollow required to gain access to the Runandor Realmstone.
