The Portal Structure Blueprint was an item used to create the Mysterium Portal Towers which lead to Runandor and Greckon.
They were removed in Tslat 1.1.1 due to their griefing potential as well as issues related to the game's rendering.

Silencers were guaranteed to drop 3 Portal Structure Blueprints on death. Runicorn Riders had a 50% chance to drop 1.

When used, the Portal Structure Blueprint would create a Portal Tower. It could be used in any dimension, and would also come with the Portal Master.
