Information[]
When used, it creates a short-ranged shockwave that withers mobs on hit. Mobs hit by the shockwave also have a 1/150 chance to get struck by lightning, with the chance being rolled 256 times per hit. Lyonic Staff will not work if no hostile mobs are 10 blocks or closer to the player.
