Obtaining

Rune Shrine

Using Charged Runes on a Rune Shrine that is centered on a Kinetic Rune Shrine, will convert those Runes into Kinetic Runes. The player can only convert Runes into Kinetic Runes if their Runation level is 54 or higher.

Mob Drops

Kinetic Runes can be obtained as a drop from the following mobs:

• Cotton Candor
• C.R.E.E.P.
• King BamBamBam
• Mechbot
• Rockrider

Rune Box

Kinetic Runes can be found when opening a Rune Box.

Rune Randomizer

Using Charged Runes on a Rune Randomizer has a chance to convert them into Kinetic Runes.
