The Floating Lotto Fountain[1][2] is a structure in the Haven where the Twinkling Lottoman resides.
Generation[]
Floating Lotto Fountains generate in the Haven. They will only generate between y = 10 and y = 59, and will only generate if the block they are generating in is air.
The default generation rate for Floating Lotto Fountains is 1 in 650 chance per chunk. Only one Floating Lotto Fountain can generate per chunk.
Structure[]
The Floating Lotto Fountain is mainly composed of Crystallite Bricks. The fountain contains three parts. The lower part of the fountain is an actual fountain with water. Above this is a balcony with glass blocks. The Twinkling Lottoman spawns on this balcony. A second, smaller fountain appears above this balcony.

Configuration[]
The player is able to configure the generation rate of Floating Lotto Fountain in the mod's config file. By default the gen rate is set to 650.
