The Fishing Xp Boost ability is unlocked at level 8 Hauling.

The amount of vanilla Experience gained when fishing will be doubled. This results in gaining  2-12 experience when fishing with the vanilla Fishing rod, and gaining  4-20 experience when fishing with the Hauling rods.
