Elusive (A.K.A Master of Deception) is one of the two bosses currently in The Abyss.
Spawning[ | ]
Elusive is spawned at a Illusion Altar by using a Staring Eye, which is obtained as an occasional drop from breaking a Tentacle Eye.
Upon using the Staring Eye, Elusive will spawn in a random position away from the altar as well as a clone nearby.
Behavior[ | ]
Elusive will pursue the player and attack with melee.
Every 15 seconds, Elusive will summon a clone of himself and sometimes teleport away from the player.
The clone has 30 (×15) health, deals 8 (×4) melee damage, inflicts Blindness III to the player for 4 seconds and invisibility on itself for 2 seconds upon a successful hit, and explodes upon death.
