The Creeponia Lottoman is a NPC that spawns in Creeponia Lotto Structures in Creeponia.
Spawning
One Creeponia Lottoman spawns in each Creeponia Lotto Structure in Creeponia. They will not despawn, but if killed will not respawn.
Creeponia Lottomen can be spawned using /summon nevermine.LottomanCreeponia.
Behavior
Creeponia Lottoman are completely immobile, they won't move. If spawned next to one, Zombies and Scrubbies will attack Creeponia Lottomen. The Lottomen will do nothing to defend themselves however.
If placed in water, they will float to the surface.
