While a Blank Realmstone is in the player's inventory, killing a Lelyetian Warrior with a Firework Rocket will convert it into a Celeve Realmstone. The Firework Rocket must be capable of dealing damage, I.E. one with an explosion effect crafted with a Firework Star.

Using a Celeve Realmstone on a Carved Rune of Power at a Portal will create a portal to Celeve within the frame.
