The Carved Rune of Power is one of the five carved runes needed to create the portals needed to visit other dimensions. Unlike the other carved runes, the carved rune of power has to be placed in the center spot in the bottom of the portal frame. Using a realmstone on the carved rune of power in a correctly built portal frame will activate the portal.
