Ashfern blocks will occasionally generate in Precasian Deadlands and Precasian Volcano biomes, with it being more common in the latter biome.

Harvesting a fully grown Ashfern crop will yield 1 to 4 seeds. The amount dropped can be increased with the Fortune enchantment.
