Anemia spawn naturally in the Abyss.
Like most other mobs; their spawning can be prevented by placing torches or other lighting blocks nearby to raise the light level above 7.
Behavior[ | ]
Anemias are flying ranged mobs that will strafe around targets in the air while firing projectiles.
They are aggressive, and will attack nearby players within 42 blocks without provocation. If attacked by another entity, they will retaliate and continue targeting that entity.
Staying outside of their targeting range will prevent them from attacking or targeting entities.

When an Anemia's projectile collides with a block or entity, it will create a moderately-sized explosion. If it impacts a player directly, it will consume 50 Energy from the player.
