Distorting Artifact

Having the distorting artifact in the player's hotbar in Lunalus now does the following: Allows the player to survive without wearing the proper equipment. The gravity in the dimension is changed to normal Overworld gravity. Other changes. Having the distorting artifact in the player's hotbar in Lelyetia has been changed. The maximum y-level the player must be at in all dimensions to teleport the player to world height was changed from y=-4 to y=50.

• Fixed Heat Wave not showing its firing rate. (Github issue #2476)
• Fixed Nowhere blocking the Jukebox's usage. (Github issue #2473)
• Fixed the Professor in his structure always spawning with the wrong health. (Github issue #2475)
• Fixed some structures generating at y=0.
• Fixed Breathless having the wrong icon.
• Fixed a missing letter in the Shell description. (Github issue #2470)
• Fixed Shik only spawning from Dense Stone when the player has silk touch.
• Fixed a bug related to Guardian Tower.
